The Wisconsin State AFL-CIO announced its endorsement of Tom Barrett for Governor of Wisconsin in 2010. The only announcement less surprising is that Tom Barrett has a history of voting for tax increases, and will not match Scott Walker's "No New Taxes" pledge.
